35 years’ of experience working with “At-Potential” populations. · 20 years of leadership and facilitation training experience. · Specializes in youth development, purposeful relationship building, court advocacy, work, and life readiness. · I have a passion for helping youth and young adults realize their full potential while fulfilling their purpose by encouraging them to become their best selves. · A lifelong resident of north Minneapolis who believes that “the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others”.

Terrell Johnson is the founder of Just Love LLC, whose mission is to nurture purpose, and thereby awaken youth and young adults to their value, worth and the strength they possess, through healthy engagement and interactions based upon the intrinsic power of love, without question.

20 years of leadership and facilitation training experience.

The Power of Just Love (My Philosophy)

Love is a phrase that speaks to the very essence of relationship building.  At its core, it connects to the intrinsic value of those with whom you are interacting, creating a balance that humanizes everyone involved while building capacity for purposeful engagement.  We must learn to listen with our hearts as it unlocks the key that awakens a young man or woman to the power that resides within, reminding them that their condition does not have to be their conclusion. Most importantly, we must surround our youth with caring and nurturing adults that help denounce systemic labels meant to deny them a future based upon their current condition without understanding their history of trauma.
